Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) transactions efficiently
🔹 Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
🔹 Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
🔹 Handle W-2 and W-9 processing with accuracy and compliance
🔹 Identify and resolve discrepancies—be a problem solver who takes ownership
🔹 Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 2+years degree preferred 
✔️ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
✔️ 2-3+ years of experience in AP and handling W2 and W9 processing
✔️ Experience with year-end financial processes
